VELTECH INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2017

The teaching of yoga began in Northern India over 5000 years ago. Practicing yoga made me to develop a deep understanding of my physical and emotional body. Yoga has become more than just a practice. It’s a way of life to me. It’s guided me through the healing of emotional scars. Yoga taught me to love my body. All through it’s been a delightful journey of my inner wilderness. The positive effects of yoga are no secret. The practice of yoga, meditation and pranayama teaches method of healing.

In my opinion the best part of yoga is the “yoga buzz”- the awesome natural high, the afterglow, the feeling of bliss, the sense of floating in the clouds, the flow of energy and the light radiation from within.
