ENTRY CRITERIA
The participants are required to register online and submit the registration form before the competition at the registration desk.
- This is an open event for all college students.
- Each entry should have a minimum of two (2) members and a maximum of three (3) members.
- Team members are required to register online and submit the registration form before the competition at the registration desk
Rules and Regulations
- Participants will be supplied with an induction stove to cook.
- Participants will have to bring their own ingredients and vessels.
- Participants get a time period of one hour to complete their tasks.
- Preparation timing will be announced by the judges. Task: one main course and one either dessert or starters.
JUDGING
- Judging will be done on the basis of:
- Garnishing techniques
- Taste
- Creativity
- During judging participants must be able to explain their assembly and must be answerable to the judges questions about their entry.
- The decisions of all judging panels will be final
