ENTRY CRITERIA

The participants are required to register online and submit the registration form before the competition at the registration desk.

  1. This is an open event for all college students.
  2. Each entry should have a minimum of two (2) members and a maximum of three (3) members.
  3. Team members are required to register online and submit the registration form before the competition at the registration desk

Rules and Regulations

  1. Participants will be supplied with an induction stove to cook.
  2. Participants will have to bring their own ingredients and vessels.
  3. Participants get a time period of one hour to complete their tasks.
  4. Preparation timing will be announced by the judges. Task: one main course and one either dessert or starters.

JUDGING

  1. Judging will be done on the basis of:
    • Garnishing techniques
    • Taste
    • Creativity
  2. During judging participants must be able to explain their assembly and must be answerable to the judges questions about their entry.
  3. The decisions of all judging panels will be final
