Apply Transcript

The fee for issuance of Transcript is Rs.500/- per set (for obtaining through post within India add Rs.100/- as postage charges irrespective of the number of sets) and must be paid through online using the weblink (https://apps.veltech.edu.in/clique/).

For overseas dispatch of transcripts, regarding the postage charges the students are advised to contact [email protected].

After making the payment, fill-in the Application Form and send it to [email protected] for necessary processing.

For every payment made, the student will receive transcripts till the last completed academic semester and is eligible for one additional semester transcript free of cost.

The student can collect the transcript in person at the Office of CoE or the scanned copy of transcript will be sent to the institution email id of the student (For example, [email protected]) or can be obtained through post.

Academic Bank of Credits (ABC)

Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) is the initiative of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.

The ABC platform is a virtual repository or credit database built along the lines of the National Academic Depository that would store the credit scores obtained by students in an online platform. Students will have their own accounts, each with their own ABC ID, as well as a dashboard where they can track their credit accumulation, transfer requests, and credit history. More details about ABC can be obtained by visiting the website(https://www.abc.gov.in/).

As per the directions of the University Grants Commission (UGC), all the students must have an ABC ID to enable them to store the earned academic credits. For registration
